Similar to lace front wigs, which Tyra Banks wears on her show and have also been seen on celebrities such as Cher and Celine Dion, skin wefts go in like a traditional weft but without the bulky braiding and tieing-in with thread or fishing line. Because of this, skin wefs are less damaging on your hair than traditional extensions or weft applications.
Skin Wefts last about a month and a half before
you have to come in and tighten them. You can reuse the same hair
